Alright, I finally finished this 
This is my contest entry to the 
club ^^ There are (as always) a few tiny things that bother me in this picture, that I’m trying to ignore 
but I won’t make a big deal outta it >_> btw they really aren't supposed to be dressed as anyone in particular, I just gave 'em some spiffy clothes and thats it.
Nya~~ I love Luffy and Nami so much >w< <33 They just make the cutest pairing

Luffy looks like Liu Kang form Mortal Kombat. That woudl make since since both fight with their fists mainly and one of their strongest attacks involves setting their fist on fire.
